What is time?

Is it just ticking of clock? But what is that clocks are measuring?
What we know about TIME is an hour consists of a certain number of minutes, a day of hours and a year of days. But we rarely think about the fundamental nature of time.

What is time?

Time waits for none , and we follow it with clocks and calendars. Yet we cannot study it with a microscope or experiment with it. And it still keeps passing. We just cannot say what exactly happens when time passes.

Time is represented through change, such as the circular motion of the moon around Earth. The passing of time is indeed closely connected to the concept of space.

If the theory of big bang is true, then what was time before ??
Yes we believe that it exists, we measure it, we plan our lives around it, we understand the world through it.
However we have no proof of its existence, we cannot touch it, we cannot see it, we speculate it exists by plucking it into our formulas... But it still remains a great mystery.

We are born and live our lives feeling as though we are constantly being pushed and pulled by this unseen phenomenon.
So, then what is time?
When did time begin?
Will time have an end?????
